Refund Policy - the basics

At Ellis County Trailer Rentals, we value our customers and strive to provide reliable service. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below:

Reservations & Deposits

• A reservation deposit may be required to secure your trailer rental.

• Deposits are non-refundable if a reservation is canceled within 24 hours of pickup time.

Cancellations

• More than 24 hours before pickup: Full refund of rental fees (deposit may apply).

• Less than 24 hours before pickup: No refund of deposit; rental fee refunds are at our discretion.

Early Returns

• No refunds are issued for unused rental time if trailers are returned early.

No-Shows

• If you do not pick up your reserved trailer and have not contacted us, your reservation will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.

Damages & Cleaning Fees

• Customers are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning required upon return.

• Repair or cleaning costs will be deducted from the deposit or charged to the customer.

Refund Method

• All approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days.
